CivilCS is pleased to have completed construction of the new Bayshore Drive roundabout in Byron Bay for Byron Shire Council, facilitating access to the new Lot 12 Access Road and Byron Bay Fair.

Located on Bayshore Drive opposite Byron Bay Fair, the project involved construction of the new roundabout along with associated drainage, electrical and landscaping works, improving access to this growing precinct, which is also home to the newly constructed NSW TAFE facility.

The works required significant temporary traffic modifications along Bayshore Drive throughout construction. Careful staging of the works allowed us to maintain access to both the Byron Bay Fair/IGA precinct and TAFE, helping to minimise disruption to local businesses, students, staff and the wider community.

CivilCS would like to thank Byron Shire Council and project superintendent Planit Consulting for their collaboration throughout the delivery of the project. We also thank local businesses, residents and road users for their patience and cooperation while the works were underway.
