Our site development team encompasses roles such as Site Engineers, Earthworks Foremen, Survey Technicians, Environmental Compliance Officers, Utility Installation Specialists, and Project Coordinators who oversee residential and commercial land preparation projects.
The drainage works department provides opportunities for Drainage Engineers, Pipe Installation Crews, Stormwater Management Technicians, Hydrology Specialists, and Infrastructure Maintenance Teams responsible for municipal and industrial water management systems. We welcome expressions of interest from experienced excavator operators with a strong background in civil construction. Suitable applicants will be confident and competent operating excavators in a range of site conditions, with a sound understanding of earthworks, trenching, drainage, final trim and working safely around existing services and other plant. We value operators who take pride in their work, look after their machinery, can work accurately to levels and plans, communicate well with supervisors and ground crews, and contribute positively to a safe and productive site. Relevant licences/tickets, a Construction White Card and demonstrated civil construction experience are essential.
We welcome expressions of interest from experienced concretors with a strong background in civil construction. Suitable applicants will be confident across a range of concreting works, including formwork, preparation, placement, finishing and associated civil works. We value people who can work effectively both independently and as part of a team, take pride in their work and maintain a strong focus on safety, accuracy and quality workmanship. Applicants should be reliable, practical and able to work productively alongside supervisors, plant operators and other site personnel. A Construction White Card and demonstrated concreting experience are essential.
We welcome expressions of interest from experienced civil labourers and pipelayers with a strong background in civil construction. Suitable applicants will be confident working as part of a site crew across drainage, pipe laying, earthworks, roadworks, concreting works and general civil construction activities, with the ability to work safely around plant, excavations and existing services. We value people who are reliable, physically capable, willing to get in and get the job done, take pride in the quality of their work and communicate well with operators, supervisors and other crew members. Experience with stormwater, sewer and water infrastructure, along with the ability to read levels and plans, will be highly regarded. A Construction White Card and demonstrated civil construction experience are essential.
